2004-The College was established. The college is recognized by NCTE and affiliated to  Bharathidasan University Trichy. Rev. Fr.Vedanayagam  SJ. took charge as the Principal.

2007 – Separate Two storey Building was built.

2008-The college became affiliated to Tamilnadu Teachers Education University Chennai.

2008 - M.Ed. course was started. Dr.T.Arivalan took charge as the Principal.

2008-2009 Computer Science as an optional subject was introduced.

2010 – 2011– Additional intake of 10 in candidate M.Ed. Course. M.Ed. strength Rises to 35.

2011 – Main Entrance gate was constructed.

2011- Certificate Courses were introduced.

2012 – Shed in stage was built for Assembly.

2012- The college was assessed and accredited with ‘B’ Grade  by the NAAC.

2012 - Grotto was built to Infant Jesus, Mother Mary and saints for Spiritual Graces.

2014 – Paver block floor from entrance to College premise.

2015 – Additional intake of 15 in M.Ed. strength rises to 50.

2015 – 2016 The college switched over to 2 year B.Ed. and 2 year M.Ed. programme according to NCTE Rules and Regulations, 2014 Act.

2016 – Vehicle shed was constructed.

2016 – Lift and Generator facilities were provided.

2016- Library was automated.

2016 –International online Journal was published.

2016 –CCTV - Camera was installed

2016 – International Online Journal (BIJER) was Launched.

2016 – Library was full automated Delnet was provided.

2016 – Wi-Fi campus.

2017 – MIS was installed.

2017 – 2 new Certificate course (“Personality Development” and “Counseling and Guidance”) were introduced.

2017 – Language Lab was renewed with more systems and advanced language software.

2017 – Bio-Metric system was introduced.
