The Placement cell functions in the campus successfully under the direct guidance of the Principal of the College. The placement cell is constituted by Staff and student members selected from a variety of disciplines. In this, hidden talents of students are exposed and made available for the betterment and growth.

            It organizes career guidance and training programmes for the benefits of students like facing the interview, Group Discussions, Communication Skill etc. and to improve their technical, personal and managerial skills.

            Bon Secours College of Education offers facility for placement of its students B.Ed. and M.Ed. through placement cell. We approach and are being approached by number of Institutions at District and State levels for recruitment purpose. This is one of our earnest efforts in the interest of our current, outgoing and pass-out students.

            The cell arranges special coaching classes for students to improve their skills to face various examinations like TET, TNPSC Group IV examinations, etc.
